We’re here to empower sellers with fair fees, transparent business practices, and a simple, hassle-free selling process. Whether you’re a seasoned vendor or just starting out, we’re ready to help you grow your business and connect with passionate buyers.

• Low, Transparent Fees: Our limited fee program ensures you keep more of your profits. Fees are fair, straightforward, and calculated without including shipping costs or taxes. No hidden charges, no surprises.
• Non-Exclusive Freedom: We’re a non-exclusive platform, meaning you’re free to sell on other channels too. Use Turnagain to expand your reach without restrictions!
• 180-Day Listings: Your listings stay active for 180 days and can be extended, giving your products the visibility they deserve.
• Focused on Fairness: We prioritize ethical practices, transparency, and fairness for all sellers. You’re not an insurance company or warranty provider here – just a trusted seller in a supportive community.

• A Cooperative Spirit: We’re not just a marketplace – we’re a near-cooperative community. By working together and promoting the platform through social media and referrals, we can grow the market for everyone’s benefit.
• Seller-Centric Policies: Our terms are written in plain language, keeping things simple and easy to understand.
• Fraud Prevention: We actively work to exclude con artists, entitled buyers, and unethical practices. Challenges are resolved fairly and efficiently through email and phone support.
• Seller Empowerment: You’re in control – list accurately, respond promptly, and build trust with repeat buyers.

1. Step 1: Register as a Seller
Signing up is quick and easy. By registering, you agree to our seller-friendly policies and unlock access to a growing community of buyers.

2. Step 2: Create Your Listings
Follow our straightforward process to list your cards and collectibles accurately. If you sell items elsewhere, simply delist them from Turnagain to keep inventory up to date.

3. Step 3: Engage with Buyers
Respond to sales, shipping queries, and product challenges in a timely manner. Our platform encourages open communication to create a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.

4. Step 4: Ship with Confidence
Ship items within the required timeframe and by the method paid for by the buyer. Canadian delivery standards may take longer than U.S. shipping, but this isn’t a failure – it’s a reality we embrace together.

• Accuracy is Key: List your products honestly and delist them if sold elsewhere.
• Timely Responses: Communicate promptly with buyers and address any challenges.
• Efficient Shipping: Ship orders on time and as per the buyer’s chosen method.
• Build Relationships: Repeat buyers are your target. Deliver great service to keep them coming back for more!

• A Platform That Works for You: Our fee structure supports low-margin products, ensuring you can sell competitively while still earning value.
• Buyer Responsibility: Buyers choose their shipping, tracking, and insurance preferences, adhering to the terms of their selection. No overreaching policies here!
• Long-Term Growth: We’re building a sustainable marketplace that benefits sellers over the long term. Your success is our success.
