We carefully package all cards to ensure safe delivery. Orders under $100 CAD are shipped by regular mail without tracking or insurance, at the buyer’s risk. Orders over $100 CAD are shipped with tracking, insurance, and extra packaging. Shipping fees are based on destination and delivery method. We ship via Canada Post, FedEx, and other major carriers. Delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules and customs processing.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or counterfeit product, contact us within 72 hours. Returns must be approved in advance. Ship returns with the provided return label and email us a copy of the postal receipt and product photo. Approved returns will be processed upon receipt.
