Returns

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown by tracking.
• Returns are reserved for items that arrive damaged, defective or not as described. Buyer’s remorse, change of mind and accidental orders are not accepted.
• A continuous unboxing video is required, showing the package sealed, being opened and the issue clearly visible, with no edits, cuts or pauses. Clear photos of the item and its packaging are also required.
• The buyer pays all return shipping. Please use a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
• Final sale items, including liquidation and auction lots, are not eligible for refund or return.
