Mission
We are a group of Canadian collectors, investors, traders of collectibles in service of other mid-level collectors, investors and traders. Our goal is to be a trusted provider of a portion of your collections and to provide personal involvement in the process while providing items of value to you. We encourage any constructive criticism and or feedback.
Program
The process we follow is of listing and selling products of value to collectors, investors and traders of the items with limited trade conditions appropriate for the market. We look to work with collectors of integrity and vendors of integrity but realize there are parties seeking undue advantage. Current shipping processes can encourage inappropriate buying and selling behavior including unethical behavior. Collectibles are part of an area that by its nature is volatile with frequent changes in value and interest. We are not a high margin retail program with generous return or refund policies, as we are competitively priced or you would not select our products.
This requires buyers to recognize that they are involved in three transactions, purchase, packaging and shipping. Only the first two of these are with Turnagain and the insurance selected is the protection for the third (shipping) item. The Seller or Consignee is not the shipper or the insurer and our high standards for packaging can reduce but not eliminate your risk of ordering for shipment products and collectibles.
We look forward too building an online platform the is fair to buyers and sellers. We feel that there is a need to provide better selling experience, and a more interactive outlook on the whole service. Our initial is card listings. The platform we are developing will be for the community to buy or sell and to be able too have fun. The experience as whole is a lot more fun if it works for everyone.
History
We have participated in a range of collectibles services and products over a number of years, however have a limited period of commercial participation. This is normal based on our experience as collectors and investors with alternative vendor organizations showing their limitations to mid-level participants. The company name is based on the nature of trading and collectibles and a river in northern British Columbia, which is not our actual location of service in western Canada.
