To begin consigning, simply register as a consignor on our website. From there, you can choose the consignment option that works best for you—whether it’s sending us your cards for assessment, providing a photo preview, or listing items yourself.

With our Full Service option, you send your cards to Turnagain, and we handle everything—from listing and pricing to selling your cards. Here’s how it works:

  • Fees: A 12% fee is applied to each sale.
  • Process: Prepare an Excel spreadsheet of your cards, including their condition, and email it to us for review. Once accepted, ship your cards to us, and we’ll take care of listing them on our platform.
  • Time Frame: Items are listed for 180 days. After this period, you can choose to re-list, have your cards returned at your expense, or let us manage unsold items.

Perfect for: Those who want a hassle-free selling experience and trust our team to manage the entire process.

The Professional Assessment option lets our experts evaluate your cards and guide you on the best ones to sell. Here’s what to expect:

  • Fees: A $25 assessment fee per block of 100 cards, plus a 12% fee on each sale. The assessment fee may be waived for high-value blocks.
  • Process: Ship your cards to Turnagain, and we’ll assess their value and condition. We’ll then discuss which cards to list.
  • Time Frame: After listing, items remain active for 180 days. After this period, you can re-list, retrieve unsold cards at your cost, or have us handle the remaining inventory.

Perfect for: Sellers unsure about the value of their cards or those looking for expert guidance on which items to sell.

The Photo Pre-Clearance option allows you to submit photos of your cards for initial evaluation before sending them in. Here’s how it works:

  • Fees: A $25 assessment fee per block of 100 cards, plus a 12% fee on each sale.
  • Process: Take clear photos of your cards and email them to Turnagain. Our team will review the images and provide feedback on which cards to consign. Once approved, you ship the selected cards to us for listing.
  • Time Frame: Cards are listed for 180 days once received. After 180 days, you can choose to re-list, have them returned at your expense, or have us manage unsold items.

Perfect for: Sellers who want a preliminary evaluation without shipping all their items upfront, saving on initial shipping costs.

The DIY Listing option allows you to manage your own listings directly on our platform. Here’s a breakdown:

  • Fees: Reduced rates starting at 8%, with fees as low as 5% for higher-value cards.
  • Process: Register as a seller on our platform and list your cards yourself. You manage the pricing, communication with buyers, and the sales process while benefiting from our site’s reach.
  • Time Frame: Your listings remain active for 180 days, after which you can re-list them or choose to end the listing.

Perfect for: Sellers who want full control over their listings and are comfortable managing their sales to save on fees.

Turnagain specializes in collectibles like trading cards, sports cards, and other similar items. Before sending, it’s a good idea to check with us about any specific requirements or preferences.

Items remain your property until sold, so it’s recommended that you insure them if you deem it necessary. Turnagain Collectibles does not provide insurance for consigned products.

If your items don’t sell within 180 days, you can choose to:

  • Re-list them for another period.
  • Have them returned to you at your cost.
  • Allow us to dispose of unsold items.

Once you’ve registered and selected your consignment option, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your items and how to prepare them for shipping. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping methods to protect your items.

Yes, you can request to have your unsold items returned to you at any time. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

You can choose your preferred payment method when you register as a consigner. Options include bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods as specified. Payments are processed once your items have sold and the transaction is completed.

Yes, consignors from outside of Canada are welcome! Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and must comply with customs regulations for sending items to Canada.
